Yuze is a fully digital platform that combines business banking with business tools such as invoicing and analytics. Yuze is the only platform providing both multi-currency and crypto-currency services (coming soon).

How do I open a business account?

What are the services available?

Yuze provides business accounts in local currency with payment services, money transfers, corporate expense cards and business tools such as invoicing and analytics. Yuze will continue to add more services and features to ensure all its customer needs are fulfilled.

Is Yuze secure?

Yes, all solutions provided by Yuze are tested using the highest security standards and all financial services offered on the Yuze platform are provided by licensed banks and financial institutions.

How do I open a Yuze account?

Can any company open a business account?

Yes, any company with a valid tade license in the UAE can open a business account.

What documents do I need to open an account?

You will need a valid trade license and identification documents of the company owners and authorised signatories. There may be additional documents required and our team will contact you to assist with the account opening process.

Can I open more than one Yuze account?

You can open one business account per legal entity.

Is there a minimum balance required?

There are no minimum balance requirements.

If I have an account with another bank, can I still open a Yuze account?

Yes, you can still open a business accoubnt with Yuze.

How long does it take to open a Yuze account?

Applying for a Yuze account from the app only takes a few minutes and in most cases, the Yuze account will be opened within 24 hours.

How much do I need to pay to open an account?

The account can be opened free however we have a monthly subscription charge linked to the account. Please refer here (link) for more information.

Can I create an account in a different currency than AED?

Yuze offers AED accounts only at the moment however we are looking to add more currencies and features soon.

Do you offer a business card with the account?

Yes, you get a virtual business debit card automatically and you can request a physical debit card at any time.
They work exactly like a debit card.

How do I receive and activate my physical card?

Your physical card is sent to you by courier within 2 days of opening your account. You will need to keep your emirates ID with you to receive the card and you can use the Yuze app to activate the card and set the PIN.

Is there any fee to close the account?

You can close the account at any time however, you will be charged for the monthly subscription for the current month which is non-refundable.

Are there any limits on my balance?

There are no limits on your balance however, based on your company profile and business activities, we may ask additional questions to ensure compliance.

Does the account offer any interest or profit?

No, we do not offer any interest or profit on your maintained balances.

Are there any minimum balance requirements for my account?

Not at all. Yuze does not charge any fees for low balances. However, please ensure you maintain enough balance for your monthly subscription fee.

Are there any financial transaction fees?

Can I make international transfers from my Yuze account?

You can only make local transfers for now however, we are working on adding international payments soon.

Are there limits on account transactions?

There are no limits for transactions however, based on your company profile and business activities, we may ask additional questions before processing high or unusual transactions to ensure compliance.

Can I deposit cheques?

No, you are not able to deposit cheques in to the Yuze business account.

Will I get a cheque book?

No, the Yuze business account does not offer a cheque book facility.

Can I use my card internationally?

Yes, the Yuze card can be used locally or internationally for cash withdrawals, retail and online purchases

Can I make contacless (NFC) payments using my card?

Yes, your physical card is enabled for contactless payments.

Can I restrict certain types of transactions on the card?

Yes, you can restrict or enable ATM withdrawals, point of sale transactions and online payments.

Can I set up spending limits?

Yes, you can set relevant spending limits and parameters through the Yuze app to manage company operations and minimise fraud.

How do I request for an authorized bank statement?

For now, you can only view it online. We are working on making this available for you soon.

How do I withdraw cash from my account?

You can withdraw cash by using the debit card from any local or international ATM. Please note that standard cash withdrawal charges will apply.

How do I close my account?

You can close your account at any time however, you will be charged for the monthly subscription for the current month which is non-refundable.

How do I activate my card?

Once you receive your card, you will be able to activate it throught the Yuze app.

How do I change my username?

Your e-mail ID is your username which cannot be changed once it is linked to your Yuze profile.

How do I change my password or PIN?

You can change your password or PIN yourself through the Yuze app. Just go to 'Profile & Settings', and then select 'Security' and you will see the option to change your password or PIN.

How do I deposit cash into my account?

You are not able to deposit cash in to the account however, we are working to provide alternative solutions through regulated partners.

How do I make a payment through the app?

You can make business payments using the Yuze app although you will need to setup the beneficiary first. Please ensure you have sufficient funds for the transaction amount and associated fees.

Can I block / unblock my card(s) instantly?

Yes, you can temporarily block and unblock your card(s) instantly for greater protection to minimize fraud risk.

How do I cancel my card permanently?

Please contact Yuze to permanently cancel the card and issue a new card. Please note that card issuance charges will apply.

What should I do if a bank transfer I'm expecting hasn't arrived?

If you haven't received a transfer you have been expecting, you should first check with the sender whether they have used the correct account details and whether their bank has successfully processed the transfer. We can help you identify the status of a processed transfer as well.

I lost my card, what should I do?

Please block the card temporarily through the Yuze app and call the contact centre to permanently cancel the card and issue a replacement card. Please note that card issuance charges will apply.

Why aren't my recent transactions appearing on the app?

The transactions will appear in the Yuze app as and when they are processed and settled through the banking system.

What should I do if I haven't receive my card yet?

Please allow up to 2 working days to receive the card however, if you have not received the card afer 3 days, please contact Yuze support team

I forget my password, what should I do?

Please use the link 'forgot password' and it will guide you on how to reset the password. Please always keep the password confidential and do not share with anyone including any Yuze staff.

I forget my username, what should I do?

Your registered email is your user name for the Yuze app so please use the same email address when you login to the Yuze app.
