Yes, any company with a valid tade license in the UAE can open a business account.
You will need a valid trade license and identification documents of the company owners and authorised signatories. There may be additional documents required and our team will contact you to assist with the account opening process.

Yes, you can still open a business accoubnt with Yuze.
Applying for a Yuze account from the app only takes a few minutes and in most cases, the Yuze account will be opened within 24 hours.

Yes, you get a virtual business debit card automatically and you can request a physical debit card at any time.
They work exactly like a debit card.
Your physical card is sent to you by courier within 2 days of opening your account. You will need to keep your emirates ID with you to receive the card and you can use the Yuze app to activate the card and set the PIN.
You can close the account at any time however, you will be charged for the monthly subscription for the current month which is non-refundable.
There are no limits on your balance however, based on your company profile and business activities, we may ask additional questions to ensure compliance.
No, we do not offer any interest or profit on your maintained balances.

Your e-mail ID is your username which cannot be changed once it is linked to your Yuze profile.

You can make business payments using the Yuze app although you will need to setup the beneficiary first. Please ensure you have sufficient funds for the transaction amount and associated fees.
Yes, you can temporarily block and unblock your card(s) instantly for greater protection to minimize fraud risk.
Please contact Yuze to permanently cancel the card and issue a new card. Please note that card issuance charges will apply.
If you haven't received a transfer you have been expecting, you should first check with the sender whether they have used the correct account details and whether their bank has successfully processed the transfer. We can help you identify the status of a processed transfer as well.
Please block the card temporarily through the Yuze app and call the contact centre to permanently cancel the card and issue a replacement card. Please note that card issuance charges will apply.
The transactions will appear in the Yuze app as and when they are processed and settled through the banking system.
Please allow up to 2 working days to receive the card however, if you have not received the card afer 3 days, please contact Yuze support team
Please use the link 'forgot password' and it will guide you on how to reset the password. Please always keep the password confidential and do not share with anyone including any Yuze staff.
Your registered email is your user name for the Yuze app so please use the same email address when you login to the Yuze app.
